As news continues to develop regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we are mindful of your health, safety, and welfare concerns during this challenging time.
We continue to closely monitor this situation and the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. While our dealerships are cleaned daily, we are also implementing supplemental procedures to deal with this situation. Prevention begins with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for hand-washing, of covering one’s mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing and avoiding contact with people who display symptoms. We have also asked our team to temporarily refrain from shaking hands.
Of course, we offer a wide array of online options for our customers where they can do everything from scheduling service appointments to submitting credit applications and selecting inventory. We will institute several processes to limit personal contact such as increased pick-up and delivery for service appointments, curbside drop-off pick-up process, on-line payment access, the increased effort for on-line sales transactions versus in-store, and disinfecting vehicles to the best of our abilities.
